Dr. Odin TSB-602S is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor. It measures blood pressure and pulse using an oscillometric method. It has a display for systolic, diastolic and pulse readings, date and time, and can alert you to an abnormal heartbeat or pulse. Voice guidance, dual-user memory, automatic power-off and a low-battery notification support convenient routine use.

• Rest quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Avoid tea, coffee and exercise for 30 minutes beforehand.
• Sit upright with your back supported. Keep your feet flat on the floor and do not cross your legs.
• Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, 2 cm above the elbow. It should be snug but not tight.
• Place your arm on a flat surface at heart level. Relax your hand and keep still.
• Press the Start/On button. Do not talk while the cuff inflates and deflates.
• Read the systolic, diastolic and pulse values on the screen, then record them with the date and time.

• Remove the batteries before storing the monitor for a long time. Do not use batteries and an AC wall adapter at the same time.
• Do not disassemble, repair or service the monitor yourself.
