Wet the toothbrush and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Brush gently in circular motions for at least 2 minutes, covering the inner, outer and chewing surfaces of every tooth. Gently brush the tongue, spit out the foam and rinse the mouth with water. Avoid eating or drinking, especially sugary drinks, for 30 minutes after brushing.
