Wet hair thoroughly. Apply an adequate amount evenly to the scalp and hair. Massage gently with your fingertips in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes to create a lather. Repeat if needed, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cool water. Follow with a conditioner or hair mask if desired.
