Atogla Probio OD is a vegetarian probiotic supplement for adults. Each capsule provides 10 billion CFU of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103). This probiotic may help maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria and support digestive comfort during changes in diet, environment or lifestyle, during stress, and while taking antibiotics.

Take 1 capsule daily or follow your doctor's instructions. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Taking it with or just before a meal may help the probiotic bacteria survive in the stomach. Do not crush, chew or break the capsule.
