Achoo Pain Massage Potli is a muslin-cloth herbal potli made with 100% Ayurvedic herbs. It may support comfort during massage for joint, muscle and body discomfort. It can be used for warm oil massage or dry massage on targeted areas and pressure points.
How to Use
For wet massage, warm the oil and heat the potli on a diffuser, then massage the area of discomfort in circular motions for 8 to 10 minutes. You may also lightly sprinkle water on the potli and warm it on a pan, or heat it in a microwave for 40 to 45 seconds. For dry massage, use the potli with sand or herbal powder. Use a heat level that feels comfortable.
