Dynapar QPS Plus solution is used for the treatment and relief of muscle pain such as pain in the back, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and knee. Use this solution as recommended by your doctor. Dynapar QPS Plus solution is meant only for external applications. Do not ingest it. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose or ears. Upon accidental contact, rinse the affected area with clean water.

Dynapar QPS Plus solution contains a combination of diclofenac, methyl salicylate, menthol, and alcohol as active substances.
Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that blocks the action of a chemical called cyclooxygenase. Cycloxygenase is responsible for producing a substance called prostaglandins that cause pain, redness and swelling in the body.
Methyl salicylate is a counter-irritant that is also responsible for blocking the action of cyclooxygenase. It relieves the underlying muscle and joint pain and discomfort.
Menthol is used to temporarily relieve minor backache, muscular or joint discomfort, bruises and arthritis pain.
Alcohol acts as a skin penetration enhancer and helps to increase the penetration of other ingredients into the skin.
