Uses of Duloxee 30 MG

  • Generalised anxiety disorder
  • Major depressive disorder
  • Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (nerve damage due to diabetes)
  • Fibromyalgia (Generalised pain all over the body)
  • Stress Urinary incontinence ( unintentionally passing of urine)
  • Alternate treatment in unresponsive depression
  • Chronic musculoskeletal pain
  • Panic disorder

Contraindications of Duloxee 30 MG

  • Do not take the Duloxee tablet if you have the following conditions:
  • If you’re allergic to any component of this capsule.
  • If you are already using different antidepressants, it can cause severe adverse effects.
  • If you have narrow-angle glaucoma, an eye condition is associated with increased fluid pressure inside the eye and worsens the condition.
  • If you have severe skin conditions. These medicines can very rarely cause conditions like stevens-Johnson syndrome or erythema multiforme (both are severe skin conditions)
  • If you have any self-harm or suicidal thoughts.
  • If you have uncontrolled hypertension.
  • If you have severe renal impairment.
  • If you’re pregnant or trying for pregnancy.
  • If you are lactating or breastfeeding.
  • If you have any bleeding disorders.

Pregnancy

Directions for Use of Duloxee 30 MG

  • Take the Duloxee Tablets precisely as advised by the doctor.
  • Do not exceed the dosage of this medicine, even if you do not notice its effects.
  • You can take a Duloxee tablet with or without food.
  • Take Duloxee tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
  • Do not break or chew it.
  • Do not take this with other medications without informing your doctor.
  • Do not use this medicine if the package has been opened.
  • Do not suddenly stop taking the Duloxee tablet, as it can have side effects.

Interactions of Duloxee 30 MG

Interactions with other medicines

  • If you are taking other antidepressant medications like linezolid, diazepam, fluoxetine, etc., with this medicine. It can cause severe reactions.
  • If you are using high doses of opioid painkillers like tramadol, it can cause extreme drowsiness and other side effects.
  • If you are on blood thinners like aspirin, warfarin, etc., taking them with a Duloxee tablet can increase the risk of abnormal bleeding.
  • Do not mix antibiotics like ciprofloxacin with these medicines; it increases the levels of Duloxetine in blood and can cause serious effects.
  • Inform your doctor if you use other medicines like sertraline, lithium and dextromethorphan. They can cause severe side effects.

Interactions with food items
