Dissolve the contents of one sachet, 4.4 g, in 200 ml of previously boiled and cooled water. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. Drink the prepared solution in small, frequent sips throughout the day. Consume immediately after preparation. If stored, use within 24 hours. Children may take 1 to 2 litres of prepared solution over 24 hours, based on the level of dehydration. Adults may take 2 to 3 litres over 24 hours, depending on individual hydration needs.
