Place the wrap over the knee with the opening centred over the patella, or kneecap, and the hinges along the sides. Adjust and fasten the straps until the fit feels comfortable.

To check the fit, bend the knee to about 30 degrees. Measure around the thigh 5.0 inches above the centre of the kneecap, keeping the measuring tape straight around the back of the thigh. The medium size fits a thigh circumference of 40 to 45 cm.
