How to Use
To check the size, sit comfortably with your foot on a low stool. Wrap a measuring tape above the ankle, keeping it flat and not too tight. Size M fits a measurement of 21 to 24 cm. Pull the Ankler on like a sock. Wrap the straps around the ankle and foot in a figure-of-eight shape. Lock the straps and tighten them to a comfortable level of compression and support.
