Streax Professional Hold & Play Funky Colours Wonder Blue is a semi-permanent gel hair colour for salon use. Its ammonia-free, peroxide-free formula contains walnut oil and argan oil. It can be used without a developer and is recommended for pre-lightened hair at level 8 or above for best results.
