Similac Advance Stage 1 is a cow's milk-based, iron-fortified infant formula in powder form for babies up to 6 months of age. It contains nutrients that may support healthy growth and development, including omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, choline, iron, taurine, iodine, folic acid and zinc. It contains milk and soy.

Use only the scoop supplied with the formula. Use water that has been boiled for 5 minutes and cooled to lukewarm. For standard preparation, add 1 level scoop, approximately 4.4 g, of powder to 30 ml of water. Follow the mixing instructions carefully and ask your baby's doctor how much your baby should consume. Once feeding begins, use the prepared feed within 1 hour or discard it.

Similac Advance Stage 1 is for babies up to 6 months. Similac Advance Stage 2 is formulated for babies over 6 months. Babies over 6 months should also receive supplemental food in addition to formula, based on a doctor's advice.
