SBL Five Phos A+ Nerve Tonic is an unflavoured homeopathic oral liquid traditionally used to support nourishment for the nerves, brain and bones. It may support tissue building and overall well-being.

Shake well before use.

• Adults: Take 10 ml, equal to 2 teaspoonfuls, 3 times a day, or as prescribed by a doctor.
• Children: Take 5 ml, equal to 1 teaspoonful, 3 times a day, or as prescribed by a doctor.
