Puraroma Quality Sleep Roll-On is a ready-to-use essential-oil aromatherapy blend for restlessness, sleep difficulty and mental fatigue. It may help you relax, quiet a busy mind and prepare for more restful sleep. Apply it before bedtime or during nighttime awakenings.

Apply the roll-on to the inner wrists, temples and sides of the neck for 10 to 15 seconds. Inhale deeply from the wrists 2 to 3 times. Use before bedtime or during nighttime awakenings. Repeat daily.
