Puraroma Menstrual Pain Relief Blend - 30 Ml

Puraroma Menstrual Pain Relief Blend is a ready-to-use essential oil blend for comfort during the menstrual cycle. It may help soothe abdominal cramps, lower back discomfort, bloating and muscle tension. It contains fennel, peppermint, camphor, Himalayan cedarwood, clove and ylang ylang oils.

Apply the ready-to-use oil to the lower abdomen and lower back for 10 to 15 seconds. Massage gently in circular motions. Deeply inhale the aroma from your palms 2 to 3 times. Repeat 2 to 3 times daily during the menstrual cycle or as needed.
