For nasal symptoms linked with a cold or rhinopharyngitis, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril, 4 to 6 times a day. For daily hygiene, spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostril, 1 to 2 times a day, or as advised by a doctor.

Spray some solution on your hand. Gently insert the nozzle into your baby's upper nostril, then repeat in the other nostril. Wipe the nose and wash the nozzle after use.
