Osim Uzap Waist Electrical Muscle Stimulation (Ems) Toning Belt

OSIM uZap Waist is an EMS toning belt for abdominal muscle stimulation. It sends electrical impulses that make the muscles contract and relax, simulating the effect of exercise. The belt has a wireless control unit, pre-programmed modes, adjustable intensity, non-adhesive EMS pads and adjustable straps.

Wrap the belt completely around the waist with the EMS contact points touching the skin. It may also be positioned on the lower back or thighs. Select a pre-programmed mode and adjust the intensity to a comfortable level. If the unit beeps or blinks, the contact point may be too dry. Apply moisturiser or water to the contact point, then try again.
