Optimum Nutrition (ON) Performance Whey is a chocolate milkshake-flavoured whey protein powder for healthy, active adults. It provides 24 g of whey protein per 37 g serving and includes digestive enzymes, vitamins and minerals.

Add 1 scoop, equal to 37 g, to 180 ml to 240 ml of cold water, milk or another beverage. Stir, shake or blend for 30 seconds until dissolved. It may also be added to smoothies or recipes. Use 1 serving daily. It can be taken within 30 to 60 minutes after a workout or at another time of day.
