Description

The Omron HEM-8712 is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor for home use. It has one-touch operation and uses IntelliSense Technology to support the measurement process.

How to Use

For a morning reading, measure within 1 hour of getting up, before breakfast and after using the restroom. Rest for 1 to 2 minutes, sit down, then take the measurement. For a night reading, rest for 1 to 2 minutes, sit down and measure before bed. Take readings at the same time each day where possible.
