Omron HEM-7090 is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor for one user. It uses IntelliSense Technology, stores the last measurement, and includes body movement detection, irregular heartbeat detection and a cuff wrapping guide.

Measure your blood pressure while seated after resting for 1 to 2 minutes. For a morning reading, measure within 1 hour of getting up, before breakfast and after visiting the restroom. For an evening reading, measure after resting and before going to bed. Take readings at the same time each day and review the overall trend with your doctor.
