Omron BP Monitor JPN 600 is an automatic upper arm blood pressure monitor that also measures pulse. It is designed for accurate and comfortable measurements and stores 90 readings with their date and time.

For a morning reading, measure within 1 hour of getting up, before breakfast and after visiting the restroom. Rest for 1 to 2 minutes, then measure while sitting. For a night reading, rest for 1 to 2 minutes and measure while sitting before going to bed. Take readings during the same time period each day.
