Newnik Sp602 Sphygmomanometer

Newnik SP602 is a manual aneroid blood pressure monitor for upper-arm readings. It has a large dial, a metal air needle valve for controlled pressure release, and a durable nylon cuff that fits arm circumferences from 22 cm to 38 cm.

Get training from a doctor before using a manual blood pressure monitor.
Sit with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported. Rest your arm on a flat surface at heart level.
Wrap the cuff snugly around the bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow pit. Place a stethoscope over the brachial artery, just below the cuff edge.
Close the air valve, then inflate the cuff to about 20-30 mmHg above your usual systolic pressure. Open the valve slightly to deflate the cuff gradually at 2-3 mmHg per second.
The first knocking sound indicates systolic pressure. The point where the sound disappears indicates diastolic pressure. Fully deflate the cuff after the reading.
