It should be used in cases only if prescribed by the doctor. It also helps to maintain nasal hygiene. Before using this, blow your nose and apply this medicine to each nostril. Pump the spray in one nostril and breathe in deeply so that it reaches deep into the nose. Do not overuse this medicine, it may worsen the underlying condition.
