Mums Care Ragi Moong Dal is an organic, vegetarian complementary cereal for babies from 6 months onwards. It contains certified organic ragi and green gram, with organic sucrose, vitamins and minerals.

• Wash your hands and use clean, sterilised utensils before preparation.
• Boil milk or water for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.
• Add the recommended quantity of warm milk or water to a bowl.
• Stir continuously until smooth.
• Check the temperature before feeding the baby.
• Feed with a fresh spoon.
• Use the prepared feed within half an hour and discard any leftover food.
