Description
Khadi Natural Peppermint Essential Oil is a peppermint oil for aromatherapy, massage, bath and diffuser routines. Its cooling peppermint aroma may help refresh the senses and support relaxation. Dilute it with a carrier oil before body massage.
How to Use
- Massage: Mix 2 to 3 drops with a carrier oil and blend well. Gently massage the diluted mixture on your body.
- Bath: Add 4 to 5 drops to a bathtub, or 3 to 4 drops to a bucket. Swish the water gently to mix. If you have dry skin, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil with the essential oil.
- Diffuser: Add 4 to 5 drops to a diffuser bowl filled with three-quarters of water.
