I-Activ Menstrual Cup is a medium cup made from 100% medical grade liquid silicone. It is inserted into the vagina to collect menstrual fluid during periods. When correctly inserted, the cup opens and forms an air seal that may help reduce leakage. It comes with a steriliser case and pouch.

How to Use

Insert the cup through the vaginal opening.
Make sure the cup opens properly after insertion and forms an air seal.
Empty and reinsert it 2 to 5 times a day, depending on menstrual flow. It can be worn for 8 to 10 hours between emptying.
Remove the cup using its stem.
Sterilise the cup after use and store it in the steriliser case.
