Description
Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks are orange-flavoured electrolyte ice blocks that can be frozen before use. They may support hydration and the management of mild dehydration by helping replace water and electrolytes lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, sweating, vigorous exercise and other fluid loss. They may also be consumed unfrozen and are suitable for paediatric use and use during pregnancy.
How to Use
Place the ice blocks in the freezer. Once frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors. Push the frozen ice block out from the uncut end and suck small amounts until consumed. It may also be consumed unfrozen.

Precautions and Warnings
- Do not exceed the maximum daily amount: 16 ice blocks for children under 12 months, 24 for ages 1 to 3 years, 32 for ages 3 to 6 years, 43 for ages 6 to 12 years, and 64 for people aged 12 years and over.
- Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea lasts more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years, or 48 hours in children over 6 years and adults.
- If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.
- Read the label and follow the directions for use.
Ingredients
- Glucose monohydrate: 1 g per 62.5 mL ice block.
- Citric acid monohydrate: 300 mg per 62.5 mL ice block.
- Sodium from sodium chloride: 61.5 mg per 62.5 mL ice block.
- Potassium from potassium citrate: 50 mg per 62.5 mL ice block.
- Other ingredients: Sugars, sucralose, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

Uses
