FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus is a continuous glucose monitoring sensor for adults and children aged 2 years and above, including women with gestational diabetes. It may support glucose monitoring by sending automatic readings every minute to a compatible smartphone. The sensor is worn on the back of the upper arm for up to 15 days and offers optional alarms for low or high glucose levels.

Apply the sensor to the back of the upper arm. Activate it with a quick scan using a compatible smartphone. Once active, check glucose readings on the smartphone. The sensor provides automatic readings every minute, along with historical trends and arrows showing the direction of glucose changes.
