Description
Dr. Odin OLE101 is a three-ball spirometer for guided breathing exercises. It may support lung function and respiratory strength with regular practice. Three coloured balls in clear chambers provide visual cues for inhalation levels, while the ergonomic mouthpiece is designed for comfortable use.
How to Use
- Connect the flexible tube, mouthpiece and air-intake nozzle at the base of the spirometer.
- Sit upright unless your doctor or therapist advises a different position.
- Hold the spirometer upright, breathe out normally, then place the mouthpiece firmly between your lips.
- Inhale slowly and steadily through your mouth to lift the balls.
- For a low flow level, lift the first ball while the other balls remain at rest.
- For a higher flow level, lift the first and second balls while the third remains at rest.
- To reach the highest level, lift all three balls.
- Remove the mouthpiece, breathe out normally and relax. If instructed, hold your breath briefly before exhaling.
- Rest and breathe normally between efforts. Allow at least one minute between repeated efforts, then continue as advised by your doctor or therapist.
