Bug Buddy Bowel Balance is a blueberry-flavoured synbiotic powder for adults. It combines probiotic bacteria and prebiotic fibre to support balanced gut flora and comfortable digestion. Each 2 g sachet contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, fructooligosaccharides and vitamin C. It may help maintain bowel regularity and may help reduce gas or mild bloating. The powder can be taken directly or mixed with a cool drink or food.

Adults should take 1 sachet once daily for at least 2 to 3 months. Consume it directly, mix it with water or another cool beverage, or blend it with food.
