Arkray Trustcheck BPM 2.0 is a fully automatic digital upper-arm BP monitor for adults. It may help monitor systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate at home or in a clinic using the oscillometric method.

1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Avoid exercise, smoking, or caffeine beforehand. 2. Place the universal cuff on your left upper arm, 1 2 cm above the elbow. 3. Sit with your back supported and arm at heart level. 4. Press the START/STOP button to begin automatic inflation and measurement. 5. Remain still and relaxed during the measurement the device will deflate automatically. 6. The result (SYS, DIA, Pulse) and WHO category will appear on the LCD display. 7. The Talking Function will announce the readings audibly. 8. Press the MEMORY button to review stored previous readings. 9. For USB charging: connect a USB/Type-C cable to the USB port and charge before use.
