The ARKRAY Trustcheck BPM 2.0 Digital Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic, clinically reliable BP monitoring device designed for home use. Operating on the oscillometric method, it measures systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse rate with ease. 1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Avoid exercise, smoking, or caffeine beforehand. 2. Place the universal cuff on your left upper arm, 1 2 cm above the elbow. 3.
