Allen A26 Piles Drops are unflavoured oral drops for traditional homoeopathic support in managing mild symptoms linked with piles and anal fissures. The formulation may ease rectal discomfort, support regular bowel movements and help maintain rectal and vein health.

Take 8 to 10 drops in half a cup of water, 3 times a day, or use the dose directed by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose.
