Alkem ORS Orange Powder is a WHO-based oral rehydration salt formula. It may help replenish fluids and electrolytes lost during diarrhoea, vomiting, muscle cramps, or exercise in hot or humid weather. It contains dextrose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and trisodium citrate.

Dissolve the contents of one packet in 1 litre of drinking water. If safe drinking water is unavailable, boil the water for at least 10 minutes and allow it to cool before use. Stir well. Give the prepared drink in a cup or spoon-feed it to a child.
