Medical Description
Sinarest-AF syrup contains a combination of chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine as active substances. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic and phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant. Sinarest-AF syrup is used for temporary relief of the common cold and allergic rhinitis. It also helps in improving symptoms like runny and stuffy nose, sneezing and throat irritation.
Sinarest-AF syrup should not be used in patients with heart-related problems. You should take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Avoid using it for a prolonged duration when not required. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, your medical history and any medicines or supplements that you are taking.

- If you have diabetes or increased pressure inside the eyes (glaucoma).
- If you have an overactive thyroid gland or breathing problems like bronchitis.
- If you experience difficulty in urination due to an enlarged prostate gland.
