- You have any systemic or chronic diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, or diabetes mellitus.
- You have a history of fits or seizures.

- You experience serious adverse effects such as deterioration and worsening of mood, thoughts pertaining to self-harm, or in case of persistence of any of the aforementioned side effects.
Directions for Use
- Panex Cr Tablet is to be consumed by the oral route with a glass of water or as directed by your doctor.
- It is advisable to consume this medication in the morning.
- It can be taken with or after food.
- It is advisable to take Panex Cr Tablet every day at the same predetermined time.
- The dosage and frequency is to be followed strictly as per the doctor’s advice.
- The dosage changes according to the age, disease being treated, response, induction, maintenance, other medications, and systemic conditions.
- Keep your doctor informed at all times about any change, multiple missed doses, or side effects.

- Panex Cr Tablet has a wide margin of safety. However, if you mistakenly take an overdose of Panex Cr Tablet, irrespective of whether or not you exhibit signs and symptoms such as fever, involuntary movements or twitching of muscles, inform your doctor immediately and follow the orders as advised. An overdose of Panex Cr may be seriously detrimental to your health, especially when taken with alcohol or other psychotropic medications

- Anticoagulants (blood thinners): warfarin
- Other Antidepressants: Amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine, desipramine, nortriptyline, etc.
- Antihistamines: cetirizine, levocetirizine
- Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.
