- Lincotus Dx Sugar-free syrup contains phenylephrine, ambroxol, dextromethorphan, chlorpheniramine, and menthol as active substances.
- Phenylephrine produces constriction of the blood vessels of the nose which reduces the fluid accumulation and clears the nasal blockage.
- Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent which liquefies and loosens the mucus, thus helping to clear it from your airway in the form of a cough.
- Dextromethorphan acts in the brain and reduces the non-productive coughing associated with cold.
- Chlorpheniramine is an anti-allergic medicine that blocks certain proteins in the body that are responsible for causing itching, headache, redness of the skin, low blood pressure, and pain.
- Menthol is a soothing agent that relieves chest congestion and improves sleep.
