Description
Wellwoman is a nutraceutical food for special dietary use for women doing moderate work. Its advanced vitamin and mineral formula combines essential vitamins and minerals with starflower oil, evening primrose oil, citrus bioflavonoids and betacarotene. It may help maintain health, vitality and overall wellbeing.
How to Use
Take one capsule daily with or immediately after your main meal. Swallow with water. Do not chew or crush the capsule, and do not take it on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily usage.

Ingredients
- Starflower oil (Borago officinalis), evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis), citrus bioflavonoids and betacarotene.
- Essential vitamins: vitamin C, nicotinamide, vitamin B1, vitamin E, vitamin B6, calcium pantothenate, vitamin B2, folic acid, vitamin K, biotin, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12.
- Essential minerals: elemental magnesium, elemental iron, elemental zinc, elemental manganese, elemental copper, elemental selenium and elemental chromium.
- Vegetable capsule shell: carrageenan, corn starch, glycerine, arachis oil and lecithin (322)(ii).
- Other ingredients: hydrogenated vegetable oil, beeswax (901), antioxidants (320, 321), Ponceau 4R (124), Brilliant Blue FCF (133) and Sunset Yellow FCF (110).
