Measure the circumference above the ankle before choosing a size. Sit comfortably with your foot on a low stool, wrap a measuring tape above the ankle, keep it flat without pulling too tight, and note the reading. Size L is suitable for an ankle circumference of 24 to 27 cm. Pull the Ankler on like a sock, wrap the straps in a figure-of-eight shape, lock them and tighten until comfortable.
