• Wet the skin with warm water so it is slightly damp.
• Apply the scrub to small areas using gentle circular motions, giving extra attention to rough areas such as elbows, knees and heels.
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

• Start with once-weekly use. If your skin tolerates it, use it up to 2 to 3 times weekly.
