Regal Essence Eucalyptus Essential Oil for Cold & Cough is a 15 ml eucalyptus oil. Its aroma may help ease cough or cold symptoms by soothing the throat or chest. When inhaled, eucalyptus oil may support comfortable breathing by widening the airways.

Choose one inhalation method:

• Diffuser: Add a few drops and follow the diffuser instructions.
• Steam: Add hot water to a bowl, add a few drops of oil, and inhale the steam.
• Tissue or handkerchief: Add a few drops to a clean tissue or handkerchief and hold it near the face. Do not press it against the face.
• Pulse points: Dilute the oil in a carrier oil before applying it to pulse points, then inhale the vapours from the skin.
