• Squeeze a suitable amount of lotion onto your palm.
• Apply it generously and evenly to the face, neck and other exposed skin.
• Use it 15 to 20 minutes before sun exposure.
• Reapply every two hours and after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
• Use daily as part of your morning skincare routine.
