Pravek Maha Balvardhak Oil is a natural herbal body oil for external massage. It contains 26 selected herbs in a sesame oil base. This Ayurvedic formulation is traditionally used to support muscle and joint comfort and may help soothe mild stiffness or discomfort in the back, neck and shoulders. It may also support skin nourishment during massage.

Apply an adequate quantity to the affected area. Massage gently with mild pressure until absorbed. Use two to three times a day. Keep a gap of at least 1 hour between massage and bathing.
