Description
Plum Green Tea Fragrance-Free Toner is an alcohol-free toner used after washing the face. Green tea extract may help skin feel refreshed, hydrated and clarified. Glycolic acid helps remove dead skin cells, while glycerin may leave skin feeling softer.
How to Use
