Oxalgin Nano Spray 30Ml

Oxalgin Nano Spray is a topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug containing diclofenac diethylamine 4.64% w/v. It may help manage pain and inflammation related to muscle and joint injuries, tendonitis, osteoarthritis, swelling around the elbow or knee, and trauma.

• Use only as advised by a doctor. The doctor will decide the dose and duration based on your age, body weight, and condition.
• Apply only to healthy, unbroken skin.
• Wash your hands before and after application.
• Do not cover the applied area with an airtight bandage or plaster.

• For external use on healthy skin.
• Its NSAID action inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes involved in producing prostaglandins, chemicals linked with pain and inflammation.

• Skin rash, itching, redness, burning, or scaling may occur where the spray is applied.
• Other skin reactions may include eczema, swelling or small raised bumps, and blistering.
• Increased sensitivity to sunlight may cause itching, swelling, or blisters.
• Stop use and contact a doctor immediately for signs of an allergic reaction, such as a blistering rash, hives, wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat.
• Stop use and contact a doctor immediately if you notice a serious skin reaction, including widespread redness, scaling, or large blisters.

• Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen, other NSAIDs, peanuts, soya, or any ingredient in this spray.
• Do not apply to injured or infected skin.
• It is not recommended for children below 14 years. Older adults should use it with caution.
• Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy. During the first 6 months of pregnancy, use only on medical advice.
• If breastfeeding, use only on medical advice. Avoid prolonged application on the breasts or over large areas of skin.
• Do not use if you have kidney failure. Talk to a doctor before use if you have other kidney problems, liver problems, asthma, heart problems, a stomach or bowel ulcer, a tendency to bleed, inflammatory bowel disease, or dehydration.
• Do not use for severe joint pain that started recently without an injury or period of overuse, or if pain occurs with illness, fever, or other symptoms.
• Tell your doctor before use if you take medicines for high blood pressure or heart problems, including captopril, atenolol, metoprolol, or digoxin, or other pain relievers such as aspirin or ibuprofen.
• Avoid smoking and naked flames while using this spray because of the risk of severe burns.
• Take care with sunbathing or sun lamps, and wear protective clothing outdoors.
• If the spray gets into your eyes, onto moist body areas, or onto injured skin, rinse with running water. Contact a doctor if irritation continues.
