OneTouch Select Plus Simple Glucometer Kit is a blood glucose monitoring system for self-testing. It needs no setup, buttons, or coding. ColourSure technology shows whether a reading is high, low, or in range. The kit includes a glucometer, 10 test strips, an UltraSoft 2 lancing device, and 10 sterile lancets.

• Wash your hands with soap and water, then pat them dry. If using an alcohol swab, ensure the fingertip is completely dry before testing.
• Insert a test strip into the meter just before pricking your finger.
• Use a clean lancet in the lancing device.
• Prick the side of your fingertip and wait for blood to appear. Do not squeeze your finger when collecting the sample.
• Gently wipe away the first drop, then place one or two drops of blood on the marked area of the test strip.
• Hold a clean cotton pad or gauze on the prick site and apply pressure until bleeding stops.
• Read the result on the display and note it for future monitoring.
