Omron HEM-7183T1-FLB is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor. It supports regular blood pressure monitoring and tracking changes in readings over time. Bluetooth connectivity works with the Omron Connect App to save, track and manage data.

Take measurements during the same time period each day. For a morning reading, measure within 1 hour of getting up, before breakfast and after visiting the restroom. Rest for 1 to 2 minutes, then take the reading while sitting. For a night reading, rest for 1 to 2 minutes and take the reading while sitting before bed. To use the Omron Connect App, connect through Bluetooth and check that your smart device is supported.
