OMRON HEM-7181 is an automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor for one user. It may support daily monitoring as part of a healthy lifestyle. The included HEM-CR24 cuff fits upper-arm circumferences from 22 cm to 32 cm. IntelliSense Technology may support comfortable, accurate measurements, while the large display may make readings easier to view.

Use the included HEM-CR24 cuff on the upper arm and follow the cuff wrapping guide. For more consistent readings, measure during the same time period each day.

• In the morning, measure within 1 hour of getting up, before breakfast and after visiting the restroom. Rest for 1-2 minutes, then take the reading while sitting.
