Moov Cool Therapy Gel is a topical cold therapy gel with Pudina Satva, a menthol-based ingredient. This traditional Ayurvedic formulation may help ease discomfort linked with sports injuries, sprains, strains, and muscle soreness by giving an ice-like cooling sensation.

Apply a thin film of gel to the affected area and massage gently. Use 3 to 4 times a day. For an additional soothing effect, use after cooling the injury.
