Description

MMS Stage 1 Infant Formula is an unflavoured oral powder for infants from birth to 6 months. It is an infant milk substitute that may support nutrition and early development when used on a doctor's advice. Mother's milk is best for your baby.

How to Use

Wash your hands with soap and water, then dry them with a clean or disposable cloth. Sterilise the utensils, bottle and teats, ensuring the feeding equipment is fully covered with water. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to become lukewarm. Use water no cooler than 70 °C, and do not leave it for more than 30 minutes after boiling.

Pour the exact amount of water into the bottle. Add the exact number of levelled scoops for the baby's age, using only the enclosed scoop. Close the bottle and shake until the powder is fully dissolved. Prepare one feed at a time, feed immediately, and discard any leftover feed.

Precautions and Warnings

Mother's milk is best for your baby.
Use infant food only on a doctor's advice about the need for use and the proper method of use.
Careful and hygienic preparation is essential.
Do not use fewer or more scoops than recommended.
Infant food should not be the sole source of nourishment for an infant.
Use prepared feed within half an hour and discard unused feed.
Never warm or prepare formula in a microwave, as hot spots may cause serious burns.

After opening, transfer the contents to a clean, dry, airtight container. Keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture.
Wash and dry the enclosed scoop thoroughly before use.
Use the contents within 3 weeks of opening or before the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
