The medium, purple Imasafe Reusable Menstrual Cup is a US FDA registered menstrual cup for use during menstruation. Made from 100% medical grade liquid silicone, it is soft, light, highly flexible and reusable. It may provide up to 8 hrs of protection and can be worn during activities such as yoga, dancing and swimming. The cup has a shelf life of up to 5 years.

To insert: Wash your hands and sterilise the cup in warm water. Fold the cup by pushing down its opening. Sit in a relaxed squatting position and insert the folded cup. Once the entire cup is inside, remove your fingers and allow it to open with a pop sound.
To remove: Wash your hands and gently pull the stem until you reach the cup. Pinch the base to release the seal, then pull the cup down and remove it. Empty the cup and wash it with warm water before the next use.
